Vehicles may be driven in these authorised countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (Greek part), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Germany, Greece (mainland), Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City.
Authorised islands: The Balearic and Canary Islands (Spain), Sardinia and Sicily (Italy), Madeira and the Azores (Portugal), Crete (Greece) and Corsica (France). No other islands are permitted.
Vehicles cannot be driven in the United Kingdom.
